Thanks for the heads up on this. I've been on eBay for 12 years now, but no message from them. :badmood: I did a search for ebay bucks program from a regular page. It said "Your search returned 0 items." But right under that it says,

"Are you looking for... eBay Bucks program?"

That is a clickable link that should send you to the sign up page. As far as I can tell it is open to anyone. I'm already signed up and earning bucks. It will keep track for you under the "Buy" section on the left hand side of the page, and they appear shortly after paying for your items.
