For Xpresspost or registered it costs about that or a little more actually. But few sellers of an $18 or less card, would insist on that kind of service. Regular mail at a couple of bucks would do.

However he/she clearly states the price right there; its not like the shipping charges are hidden in fine print somewhere. Dont agree with his/her S&H? Simple, dont bid.

If you go to the bottom and pull down the menu for shipping, there's an option for shipping to Canada for $25 even though his description says shipping only to UIS

On nicer cards, I have no trouble paying 10$ for them to be shipped US to Canada provided they actually are sent registered mail.

I've, since January 08, had 3 cards ordered from the States, regular mail, that have never arrived. (Fortunately, my sales to the states have not gone missing). The few times I've bid on items with these high shipping costs my cards have arrived safely and quickly. Not sure either of those two cards are worth that shipping to me, but to a player collector who knows.

I see no problem with 10$ shipping, provided the seller uses nearly that amount to actually ship me the card, and states clearly that they're charging that much.

AR card - add another $1.50
Xpresspost - $11.00, but no signature on delivery or tracking once it reaches the USA.
