I wouldn't say its a lack of respect. Most ESPN analysts picked them. They are a very good team should be a good series. Can't wait for Thursday night! It will be my daughters first playoff game.

I wouldn't say it has anything to do with lack of respect. I can't see Buffalo winning four out of seven against Philadelphia even if they own the goaltender department going into this series. I'd say people will be quite surprised by Bobrovsky very soon.

Before I make predictions... what the deal with Pronger? Non-homer answers please. Is he hurt, is he playing? Is he doing a Zetty? Whose absorbing his minutes? Carle? Timmonen? PP? Are they going to go with 5 forwards?

As for the Anaheim series... whose in net? Vertigo Hiller? Comeback Emry? Brain Surgeon Ellis? Nashville has owned Anaheim all year and I don't know why no one likes them. Everyone has to make it out of the first round eventually.

Whose going to score for the Pens? Mr. Hilary Duff? What about scoring on the ice against the lightning? Staal can't play 50 minutes a game. And even then the bolts have a couple guys who can just tie it up in the remaining time. Is Crosby going to come back? Will Hedman take him out again?

How many legs does Sharp need to skate? 1? How many does he need to score? More than 1? So how good is Sharp when he can't score? Is it better or worse than concussed Bolland?

So with those questions unaswered I make random picks until I get answers, at which point I will choose to revise them:

He's still not taking part in any contact drills. Maybe the 2nd round/ECF, but there's no way they'll throw him in during the middle of the first round.
