Gamers...what are you playing right now?

i need a new game. FPS with fun multiplayer would b great. started MW2 last month and prestiged yesterday and im tired of all the "internet tough guys" who's every second word is F***.

any suggestions? i was thinking Bad Company 2? but i never tried the first one. is it any good?

Well, playing SC2 Beta gets boring quick. The play is either PVP (No, I really don't wanna get into throwdown with Ho Sim Kai of the Seoul All-Stars...) or PVC, and the AI right now is dumber than dirt.

I bought Ultimate Alliance 2 used for the 360. That'll hopefully keep me entertained until Transformers later this month and SC2 for reals next month...

Finished the original GTA 4 last night in just a shade above 16 hours...the only side quests I did were to friend Roman enough for the free taxi rides (the way I cut down a lot of mission time instead of stealing a car and driving it to the missions) and to friend Dwayne enough for backup. By the time I did the latter, I was about 5 missions away from the end, but they helped out on the one mission I needed them for (blowing up the heroin vans...they acted as distraction bait while I shot rockets :p)

Funny thing is...I've probably played GTA and its DLC in excess of 100 gameplay hours (so lord knows how many real hours that is) and I've never gotten bored of it. They could keep releasing pisser DLC mission packs for years to come and I'd probably download and play it, so long as it stuck closer to the original than the weird garbage they stuck into the DLC, like driving ranges, draw poker and monkey knife fights or whatever garbage they stuck into Lost and Damned.

I don't know what's next. I have a bunch of games in the "to play" queue that I just don't have the motivation to play. I'll probably go back to World Cup 2010.

the first one was pretty good. i didnt really like the 2nd one though.

I just finished Alan Wake, which was a great game.. Looking forward to the DLC that comes out in late July.

been playing red dead redemption for around a week. games a ton of fun. Cant wait for tuesday for Rock Band:Green Day. One of my favorite bands in middle/high school.

I hadn't played anything in a while and on Saturday decided to play COD4: MW. I did it backwards as I've already played and finished MW2. I enjoyed MW but finished it within 24 hours. Thinking about going back to Fable 2. Saw a preview for Crysis 2 on TV on Saturday, that looks like it could be good, anyone play the first one?

Just finished up Batman:AA over a rainy weekend...Excellent game

I heard they're actually going to redo the game in 3D for special TVs. Also, if you haven't seen it;

On another note, just finished Heavy Rain. A Masterpiece from beginning to end. A game with Far reaching consequences. My friends and I are now playing Soul Caliber 4.

Right Now Red Dead Redemption is #1 on the list, followed by Lost Planet 2, but plugging hours into Final Fantasy XIII, Picking Up Tiger Woods 11 tomorrow for $20 Woo. Love having friends @ EA/Bioware

So I decided I didn't want to get back in to Fable 2 (didn't help I had parts of it mixed up with Oblivion in my mind) and instead I put Assassin's Creed in. Now this is about the fourth time that I've tried to play it. The first couple times I found it to be to slow and just didn't get in to it. Having read other members comments about it I figured I had to be missing something or should just press on a bit and hope it picked up. Fortunately it definitely did pick up and now I'm in to it, just have to figure out all the controls again.

Bought a used copy of Lost Planet (the first one) at EB for $10. It's not a bad game, says on the box it's the colonies edition. Was wondering if anyone else has this version and if it has the same typo on the box on the back. Where it lists the bonus features of the colonies edition it's spelled "Conlonies Edition Includes.."

Anybody looking for a sweet deal, Future Shop has "Trade 2, get GOW3 and a Dual Shock 3 Controller for free". I think the promotion ends tomorrow. That's a crazy insane deal. I bought 2 games at the market for $30 for the pair and traded them in.

Red Dead right now...will switch back to GOW2 to try and finish the last ten achievements before GOW3 comes out(69 of 79 achievements woo). I am waiting for Fallout New Vegas to come out though (I absolutely loved Fallout 3....at least 160 hrs plus on two characters)

Drifting back through old games. GTA 4, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, NHL 10. Pretty much just waiting on NHL 11 and Arkham Asylum 2 to come out.

Heh, just started playing Fallout 3. I am only about 10 hours in but damn this game is addicting and fun. I really should have waited to start this when the winter hits and not at the beginning of summer.

So I went and picked up Red Dead yesterday after reading all the posts here and hearing what some people I work with had said. It's Fallout 3 western style with Max Payne shooting, really liking it.

Has anyone noticed that they use the word "police" a few times and not "law", "sheriff", "marshall" or anything else more suited for that time period?

Finished UA2 and running through again. Picked up Transformers today. Played a bit already - settings are gorgeous, controls are awkward.
