Season series: The Los Angeles Kings and New York Rangers split two games last season with each team winning on the road. Rangers defenseman Dan Boyle had a goal and an assist, and center Derick Brassard had two assists in a 4-3 win on Jan. 8. Kings center Anze Kopitar had two assists, and Jonathan Quick made 34 saves in a 4-2 win on March 24.

Quick might not be making any saves in this one pending his injury status after the Beantown Blowout.

Maybe Peter Budaj will get a shot to make another go in the NHL?
