Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has dealt with this person? This is the ebay ID that someone contacted me from.
Anyway, I have a bunch of cards listed on ebay, in hopes of raising funds to buy a lot of Pouliot cards. One of the cards is a 1996-97 Joe Thornton Sault St Marie Greyhounds Autograph #23 BV $35. Here is the card listed on Beckett:
http://www.beckett.com/myCollection/item_detail.asp?action=view&lPGItemID=846027
So, he sends me a message via ebay:
"you pulling this scam again? there is nothing to authenticate this auto in any way"
And that was it. Now, I have only been collecting a few years, but to my knowledge, there were no COA's on cards back then.
I was a little taken back from his remarks, and sent him a semi-nasty e-mail in response.
Any thoughts or ideas guy?
