Kings New Coach...To Be Murray!!

LA Times is reporting that the Kings are close to a deal with Terry Murray http://www.latimes.com/sports/la-sp-kings16-2008jul16,0,2705176.story . For a minute I thought they had sniped Andy Murray away from the Blues but no they went out and dragged in some dead cat out of the alley. Just what they don't need another do nothing coach in the Crawford mold.It just seems to me that the Kings are treading water. No improvement anywhere in the locker room and they wonder why season tix sales are down 4000 seats.When are they going to get it??

When I first seen the title of this post I got all excited thinking andy is back woo-hooo. Who the heck is terry murray?

good god. lombardi IS trying to tank the season to get tavares. i LOVED andy murray! I want him back or ted nolan works too. who is this guy? i feel like the kings should be in that move Major League where the owner brings in all crap talent(not saying the teams sucks but sure looks like we're downgrading so far) and wants to get dead last so she can move the team to miami. please say the kings arent going to miami haha.

Where did Terry Murray coach before. I know he didn't rip up the league with any of his teams. Lots of great coaches out there. Nolan would have been a great fit,Even Paul Maurice.

i just dont think he's really the best fit for this team. who knows. if we get 25th or above i will praise the guy haha :kings:
