Today's talk with upper decks customer service quote we are working very hard with there agents but its up to the player when they choose to sign and send back. We just sent Crosby some cards and are waiting on the return but my redemptions are 9 months old customers services response well you can always ask for replacements .

Players are motivated by money.

If the teams stopped paying them would they play.

If any card company doesn't pay a player would you expect them to sign.

Not saying that is the case but what do you think?

Isn't Marty Brodeur doing a signing at Frozen Pond?

Hey anybody going to the frozen pond Brodeur signing ? How about asking the question why he has not returned any of his cards to Upper Deck I am sure there are a multiple Brodeur collectors waiting on his redemptions .

Has anyone had experience with asking for replacements? How well do they stick to the list of players you give them? I'm honestly considering asking UD to replace my triple auto with some Stamkos stuff for the PC

If Brodeur is signing for Frozen Pond rest assured he is being treated very well. Frozen Pond and ITG both have excellent relationships with the players and it shows in the quality of the product, that's why I support both companies with my wallet.

I do know what's going on, that's why I commented.

It's inside industry stuff but it's time the players stop being blamed all the time for not returning autograph cards and labels. There is usually more to the story than what collectors are told.
