My Jhonas Enroth PC

Thanks! Lots of cool stuff added to the collection as of late. Stoked! :)

Thank you! Onto another update today...

Added this 14-15 Buffalo Sabres 5x7 Team Issue today:
Really cool Aaron. Great photo and always like his sig. Your passion for this player collection is inspiring!

Time for another update! Okay, so not as insane as the last update, however, I was very glad to cross the 17-18 Panini KHL Season 10 Foil #124 off the wantlist. This thing has been avoiding me hard. Finally added!

Nice looking card Aaron! I'm actually quite impressed with some of these KHL cards. Thanks for showing!

It's actually one of those mini Panini Card/Sticker... things. Panini Set Collectors can peel the backing off and stick them in a sticker collection book if they choose to do so. These things are super tiny! I could see how fun they would be to collect, haha.

Overall, I'm not sure how popular these are here in North America with the NHL set, but overseas they are very popular from what I've seen. This shiny foil one wasn't listed on the secondary market, and a collector from Russia ended up helping me out.

But I've been really impressed with the KHL cards as well. It's been a very welcomed change to my PC. Adding these cards have been a blast! Still a few more to track down from 17-18 (hopefully), then onto 18-19 when the newer products are released this coming season. :)

Congrats on adding the Cup 1/1 - that’s a big one!

The KHL cards look sweet too. I like those unis

Added a custom card today out of Russia. 17-18 Spectrum KHL Autographs 8/10 with a IP auto. Looks great I think!

Updates aside, I have also started a blog on my website! My blog has been titled "Beyond The Crease".

https://creasecollector.weebly.com/blog

I've been meaning to sit down and make one and this past weekend I finally did. I've posted a few entries so far, have ideas for many more, and I would appreciate it if you guys can check it out and let me know your thoughts on it :)

If you have any discussion topics you'd like to see me write about on this new blog of mine, please let me know.

You'll notice in the side margin I have added a little "Collector's Corner" to feature some of the best player collections from around the hobby with links to their collections. I have added a few notable collections to the list, still plenty more to go. If you or someone you know would like to be featured in a blog post or added to the Collector's Corner, please let me know :)

Thanks as always, everyone!

Awesome KHL Auto! I personally like the blog, its a platform that allows you to go a bit deeper into your journey than maybe a regular S&T (even though you already do a great job keeping your pickups in a single thread). I enjoyed reading your Netminders set completion. 05/06 is one of my nostalgic years, so we're only one year apart lol. Keep it up!

Nice blog, Aaron. I was gonna volunteer to be added to the Collector's Corner but saw you'd already done so. Thanks for thinking of me and trying to get the word out about my PC :)

That Emblem Gold form BTP is just insane!

It sure is! Very insane.

Thanks man! And yeah, that's what I'm hoping to do. Just go a little deeper into my PC pickups, talk about some hobby stuff, and just have fun with it. Nice to see another person with good taste from that time :)

No problem, Joe! Your Larry Murphy collection is one of the best PC's out there I think, so it was a no-brainer for me. And while my blog doesn't have many views right now, the Collector's Corner space is going to be a nice little avenue to help promote and spread the word about other super collectors and their player collections. I'm thinking also of posting up some Q&A sessions with some super collectors to help ramp up the exposure. So if you're down for that, please let me know.

The whole process might help them land a card or two that a viewer might have stashed away? Time will tell I guess

Nice additions and very cool blog! Thanks for sharing as always.

I would like to do something like this but never get motivated and I am really not a hardcore collector these days, just doing the base/insert/parallel thing.

No problem! And your base/insert/parallel thing is always cool to see. It's so well-rounded and a blast to look through when your share your new adds.

Awesome stuff! This thread has inspired me to do something similar for my slow-growing Joel Ward collection.

Thanks! And I'm glad this thread could help inspire you in any way. I say go for it! Your Ward collection sounds like it's off to a good start.

Onto another update:

Added this 17-18 Corona 3 Stars card today!

Updated with this sweet 11-12 BTP Shooting Gallery Crozier/Barrasso/Fuhr/Hasek/Miller/Enroth Silver Version /9

The Crozier piece is from his glove, and also marks my first vintage memorabilia card in my entire collection. Also, aside from the Panini booklet cards in 2013-14, this is the most multi-player memorabilia card that Enroth has.

I've seen this Shooting Gallery Silver a couple times, but could never add this card due to the low print run and steep competition due to the number of highly collectible goalies featured on this card. I was finally able to land this out of the Czech Republic!
