Hey there friendos, how things?? Been a while eh?
So since October I've managed to sell 2000 cards off give or take and pumped most of the proceeds into paying off Amy's car so she can handle her end of things a little better. I've cheated a few times and spent some of it on myself hahahaa.........
there's this little IP-signed guy, which isn't all that interesting........

And remember this 1/1 from my last show n' tell?
I got him some friends..............
AND OF COURSE RYAN KESLER!!!! Did you know that Ryan Kesler was not a part of UD Series I or II this year? Did you know that?? First time since 2004/05. I guess it really is over for me.............
But I managed to snag this one.............
And this one, about 5-6 weeks ago some guy on eBay must have had 100 shields up for bids, CRAZY!!!! So I got mine........
And even tho i "quit" collecting I still can't stop from buy the little stuff, I just don't bother opening it up ahahhahahaaaa. Seriously, it's a sickness.......
OK then, the whole reason for this post to begin with. The only thing I've absolutely wanted more than anything else to finish off my collection is a Cyclone Taylor relic card. Last year, I bought this one off of Gabby-Curt-Guy.......
Turns out I hate it. I hate him sharing a card with three other guys, I hate the picture of him with the white splotches, I hate the fact that three different decades are on one card, I just can't stand it. So I'm stilll looking for one.
But in the meantime, last Sunday I won a card off of eBay from Dave, who's Bored In Guelph here. And I paid a bundle for postage and he marked it shipped and I estimated Friday delivery for the card. Now I get my mail delivered to my work, to box #105...........
On Friday I wandered out to the box and it looked like this..........
So of course I freaked out and messaged Dave who told me he'd get me a tracking number asap and what else could I do right? Also, I fixed the lock on the box.
So now it's the weekend and my chest starts to feel funny and then I can't seem to catch my breath and before I know it I'm at the ER on Sunday night, which got me out of work on Monday yay! And I wasn't all that worried about a hockey card at that point ahhaahaa.
So now it's Tuesday and I get to work and there's no mail on my desk, so I'm hoping no one else went to check on the box. So I went and checked on the box, and there it was.........................
