A couple of weeks ago I sent an email followup to my redemption for a Crown Royale Alexander Vasyuonov RC auto wondering if I should get a replacement in light of recent events. The next day the status was changed to shipped, and I received the actual card in the mail yesterday when I came home, instead of the replacement I was expecting.
My point is in your redemption request, you can follow up right there on the site. I guess I was lucky that my request was answered very quickly and fulfilled right away.
