Unfortunately, UD does not keep really good records on this stuff. I know they have some of the CUP cards but this, I would say probably not. As long as you are happy with the card, knowing it has serious issues, don't worry about it. We will never really know how many cards have been altered, and this hobby is about enjoyment.

Thanks for the information though, I sent UD an email anyway just to see what they think. I do really like the card and since its so rare it is a shame it may be altered but it may be the only one I'll ever see. Not too worried about it since it is just a patch, if it was a signature that was forged it would be different but we will see what UD has to say, thank you very much for the info
