It wouldn't surprise me if he does some real damage one of these days.
1-2 punches as he's going down is fine.
repeatedly waling on him is a no-no regardless of who you are.
As far as I'm concerned the unwritten rule of a hockey fight: no eye gouging, no head butting, no low blows and no hitting a guy while he's down or hurt.
I think Lucic's upper body injury could be from getting somewhat cross-checked in the jaw before Brown came in. You could see him rubbing his mouth in the penalty box on NESN. I don't agree with what Lucic did 100% but to call him a goon is not warranted. Last I checked a goon was someone that ONLY plays to fight and go after guys. Maybe the definition is different now but when you have a guy that is 2nd or 3rd on his team in fights and has a chance for a 20 goal, 50 point season I think labeling him a goon makes the person calling him that look worse.
