the gartner collection

so i've started trading with a few of you and not too many of you know me.
i am a huge Mike Gartner fan. I have been collecting gartner for 10 years now and am missing just a handful of cards.
below in the pic of nine sheet is the ud 500 goals auto /25 took me many years to track one down and trade for it!!

in the next nine sheet is the bap 500 goals auto version /10
never thought i would find it!!!

I also have 4 press plates from the first product to offer them Pinnacle 97

if you look through my bucket under the gartner project you will see that in ulitmate mem itg 2 i have all 4 cards issued with gartner. If you look at the 4 cards 3 of them are #10/xx i have #9/10 for the emblem jersey..anybody wanna trade the 10/10 ?

aside the 4 press plates i figure i am missing a handful of commons and parallels.


if you come across any gartner 1/1's please let me know

on that note i am slowly trading /selling all my cards except gartner to reduce my collection to a handful of cards. I am buying a 2 box case of itg um8 and that will be my last purchase.
i will trade/sell those off and call it a career of card collecting. Might be the wrong place to mention this but if you do see a card(s) you like make an offer but you should know only trading up or selling.

Awesome Cards.
I grew up at the old Caps Center and loved watching him play. Still have a Game Worn Jersey at my Moms house signed from the 85-86 Season.

One thing that always sticks out for me with Mike Gartner is when he won fastest skater at the All Star game skills competition one year. I was pretty young, so at the time I thought Gartner was the fastest skater alive in the whole world...lol

what's funny is that was the 1993 all star game in montreal and that was one of the moments i remember think "wow this guy is great".
How he quietly scored over 700 goals is beyond me..(708 to be exact)
