Completely depends on if you're grading them or not.
Most of them will grade higher if you peel them correctly. If you're not grading them, most people prefer them not peeled.

Yes it really hurts the value if you peel them. They look ugly with the protector on, but worth a lot more lol

I don't understand there are peoples who peels off the protector or trashing ITG's slabs on theirs Ultimate Memorabilia cards....
I was shocked when I once won a UM card with Cujo and the seller never mentioned that the card was unslabbed and the price went up high...but it was +10 years ago and ebay doesn't had same customer protection program like in todays....So the best is to keep those in same condition like as they came outta the packs if you're going to sell those in the future.
