Being without a laptop for a while caused all my Parise maildays to pile up, I'm keeping good pace with knocking out the 08/09 sets, but the few cards I still need from previous years have slowed down. Here we go!
My 3rd RC pressplate of his, the one used for his Beehive yellow and Matte RC's (my matte version also pictured). I still need the gold version!
My one and only Expo pickup, his Hot Prospects Red Hot patch /50. I'll find his white hot /5 someday!
Some of you may know the story behind these 03-04 Draft Redempotion cards, lets just say they're tough to find and due to the delays only about half were even redeemed. I had an unredeemed (expired) redemption card but this is obviously better!
05-06 H&P Game Used Number Gold version 1of10
A rare 06-07 team issue and 06-07 Panini sticker
Another Rarity, 07-08 SPGU Fab Four Fabrics /10 (still need the Devils team one)
Now onto the 08-09 stuff:
Ovation, Power Play, Panini Sticker
08-09 Ultra base, gold /100, ice /25
08-09 Victory base, gold, BLACK, and insert
08-09 Series 1 Fab Four /100 (still need clearcut duos w/Brodeur /25!)
08-09 O-Pee-Chee base, gold, retro, rainbow /100, blank back, triple materials x2
UD black quad jersey /50, jersey/patch /25, quad patch /5!...and trios /50 (need trios patch /10!)
Now onto PARALLEL HELL, Artifacts 08-09
You can see all the base and insert variations in my bucket, I'll only show the rarest ones here. FYI I'm only missing the 1/1 of the base, and need the /10 and /25 and 1of1 of the insert (the /5 is incoming!)
The trios jersey /75 and patch /10. I was looking for some better patches but after letting 2 of these slip away I made sure I got this one.
Now the tandems...when it came to Artifacts patch cards this year, it seemed the rarer the parallel, the plainer the patch
I'm only missing the 1/1's for the Parise/Modano's! (I let one slip away :|)
Jersey /100, /75, /50, /25, Patch /35, /10, /5
Now, what you probably skimmed the rest of the post for, the Artifacts 1/1 Dual Tag, bought from Gamebreakers right here on HI and Featured in the November issue of the Insiders Edge!
I can't decide if this is the centrepiece of my collection, or if its what I'm showing off in my next post :dance:
