UD kids site --- error msg

I am trying to involve my kids in the hobby and have had a pretty good trial run with taking my oldest with me to the expo to rip some wax, she loved it and wanted to rip box after box (I may have created a monster). The wrapper promotion for the UD kids site seemed like a good idea to keep her going and she was looking forward to entering in the codes to see what they unlocked for her account only to find that the site wouldnt take any information and would only spit back an error message. I emailed tech support asking for help and was told her account was unlocked and everything should be good only to try again with the same results. I have fired off another email and I am waiting to see what the result will hold for us tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone else had run into this problem for their own account or their kids accounts and if they were able to fix it???

My own account wont take any of the discount ecards to be put on file, UD seems to be falling apart.

I know they just canceled one of their programs, maybe this was that program?

well they just released the first sets of codes in series 2 hockey packs and baseball packs... all they do is unlock content in the site...im guessing player information pages or stuff like that. I hope they dont cancel it ...it seems like a great program for kids.

Well I have been in contact with Tech support emailing back and forth, and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel ... they thought that the code that was entered was too long. How can it be too long when they are the ones that printed the code. Needless to say my daughter is ticked off and doesn't even want to head back to the site now.
