lemme just first start off with a rant... I ABSOLUTELY HATE PHOTOBUCKET! the unresponsiveness of this website drives me absolutely nuts. I have used it for years and have a lot of cards and pics on there, so it would be hard to switch to another image hosting site. jesus, when it works, which is rare, it's ok, but come on...

anyway, on to the post. in 2014 I bought a redemption off ebay for a very low price, maybe like $15 or so, of a 13-14 SPx 1996-97 Retro Autographed Rookie of Vladimir Tarasenko. I love the hologram design and it should have come out hard-signed... for the price and the coolness factor of the card, I couldn't pass it up. it was redeemed 4-15-2014 and the redemption card sat at my computer desk and the redemption sat in Upper Deck redemption queue hell. on 9-8-16, I pretty much came to the realization that Tara was probably never going to sign this. if I had known this then, I would have never bought the card or may have not redeemed it and simply flipped it.

I contacted the time2swap group at UD and simply requested a similar Tarasenko auto. they emailed me back and said that I had to give them a list of 5 players or teams... so I decided to be obnoxious and ask for McDavid, Orr, Lemieux, and not so obnoxiously also asked for Tarasenko and Gaudreau, just on a whim.

so this week, this card shows up...

I suppose that I got what I asked for, huh? no biggie, not a hard to pull card at all, whatever. at least I emptied out my redemption queue.

if anyone is interested, it's available.

i still stand by Flickr. Easy to upload, organize and share links. Just view the link in my signature to see how it displays.

I thought I was the only one Photobucket was messing with. Glad to know I'm not the only one haha.

Given your initial investment of about $15 I'd say you did just fine.

And I 110% agree on the photobucket thing, it's a huge frustration these days and I just don't feel like transferring all my stuff over to a new site

Imgur is the best site for image hosting right now. Quick, responsive, easy to use, don't need an account if you just want to upload a one-off. You can also do larger albums. I highly recommend it.
