Well after waiting 9 months and numerous conversations with customer service and management And there excuses on why M.Brodeur is not returning the cards they sent him 11/12 SPA patch # to 25 , Ultimate Auto Patch # to 10 , Cup emblemens of endorsement # to 15 Cup limited logos to 50 , Cup scripted stick to 35 , Cup scripted swatches to 35 . I Get on there web site on my redemption page

Are you ready for this quote on all Card not produced call customer service for exchange nothing but lies all this time .

Card not reproduced is to say the autos/cards wren't returned to them. Different way of saying essentially the same thing. Not sure what the issue here is?

I got that too:

MARTIN BRODEUR
2011-12 NHL SP AUTHENTIC REGULAR CARD LIMITED AUTO PATCH VARIATION #'D TO 25 CD #33 Card not produced. Please contact customer service for exchange. 1-800-873-7332

What the... the card's not even a year old and they're giving up on it? Looks to me like Martin Brodeur is NOT signing for UD anymore. I believe Dr Price somewhat alluded to this fact too in a previous thread.

This is my first time going through an exchange. Kinda not looking forward to it.

Is it just UD, or all card companies in general? I notice Brodeur's participation in 2012-13 sets has been limited compared to past years (pardon the pun since he has some live autos in Panini Limited.) He's got a lot of Panini redemptions, as well as a couple UD ones too.

Someone was saying to me that he was nowhere to be found in BTP this year, which is usually a good staple product featuring him.

wow - I agree this is surprising they are giving up on it so early... i have several of them outstanding, so will try to understand what happened...

BINGO, that's my guess. He returned cards timely almost every year for along time. Now all of a sudden he isn't returning? Or.....UD owes him money, that would be my guess.

Brodeur always signs his cards and has never had redemptions before which is why I was willing to wait patiently for my 2 Cup autos. Something must have happened for UD to give up on all of his autos this quickly.

Bummer, I had a redemption for a Honorable#'s with Belf.:curse::curse::curse:

I exchanged emails with Chris at UD last night. he sent me the following note "Unfortunately these cards were lost with his agency and cannot be reprinted given the limited nature of them so we need to move forward with having them replaced"

He mentioned that the relationship was good with Brodeur.

On a separate note, customer service also told me that they are almost done with a new deal with Ovechkin, which would mean he will sign his cards soon...

I thought I read here that this was BS.

Lay down your pitchforks everyone and let's look at the evidence.

As noted above, there are also out-standing Panini redemptions. There are also no Pipes autos for Brodeur this year.

My bet is that he's pulling out of auto agreements. Burner, I don't disagree there's something fishy with what his management is saying, but at this point it seems like they're at least holding the cards until Marty decidees to sign again.
