I won this Patch on December 10. Paid right away and there was nothing for a while, no feedback, no information and no card. I contacted the seller after two weeks and here's what I received back on December 30 (Friday):

"sorry for the delayed response. It's been a hectic couple weeks. This card was returned to me due to insufficient postage because of the thickness of the card. It will be re-sent today. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks"

Well, it sounded a little suspicious, after all we're both in Ontario and I paid $3 US for shipping  I decided to wait longer and there was nothing.

Tired of waiting, on January 9 I filed Paypal chargeback around 4 p.m. Today I received the card that was sent Xpress Post at 5 p.m. on Monday !!! One hour after I filed a chargeback.

So not only he lied about the first shipment, he hasn't even sent it the second time and only did it after my chargeback.

I left this seller a neutral because I received the card at the end but I would definitely warn everybody about the seller. He has several other neutral feedback because of a very slow shipping but at least people received their cards. In my case I could have waited forever and I received it only because of the chargeback.

Vlad... I've dealt with Dave numerous times and never had any issues. Hopefully this was a one-time occurrence. Thanks for the heads up though!

I've had a problem with him once (the last time I dealt with him), and have dealt with him probably 10 - 15 times before that!! It seems he is getting extremely lazy or he is too busy to ship the cards out... either way he better pull up his socks if he wants to keep his stick on the ice...
