Are you F*****g kidding, can only be seen on ebay!!! What if an HI member would come up and try to sell this on the buying/selling section???

I cannot help but wonder if he has no idea what he is selling.

The rest of his auctions look legit - maybe he sells for other people, and someone is trying to pull a fast one on him???

We may be pulling the trigger a little quick on this seller.

IF he answers, we'll find out.

Technically he's not lying;
"Card was pulled directly from hobby box pack" could be 100% true. He just forgot to mention that he "Pulled the green marker from his pocket and signed it!"

Saying that you drew something on the card yourself and claiming it's in pristine condition is in my opinion a lie.

He replied to me:

I DI NOT pull this card already autographed. I attended a function with Mr. Lemieux and he signed the card for me IN PERSON

It still doesn't even look like a quick IP auto to me - his auto is much more "pronounced" isn't it?

I agree. And you can rest assured that Lemieux knows how to draw his autograph - it's not once or twice he has given out one.

If we still want to stay on "technically he doesn't lie...", then what if that guy was Mario Lemieux, just not that hockey player?

He's still saying "this card was pulled from a pack and placed right into a screw down". If he did that and THEN had it "signed" by Lemieux IP, he's still making it seem like he pulled the auto from the pack. This guy is a toolbag.

You can pretty well see in this example why in my IP autographs are totally worthless and ruins the card - unless of course you keep it for yourself like the players would prefer.

Well the card was pulled from a hobby box. Thats not a lie.

But yeah...he also told me that Lemieux signed it IP.

In the Q&A section:
I DI NOT pull this card already autographed. I attended a function with Mr. Lemieux and he signed the card for me IN PERSON.

But yeah, the auto look like...bleh

What makes me wonder is that this guy is almost too stupid to make that up.

I mean
1) He believes no-one notices it in eBay - where you can compare Lemieux autograph to a huge amount of other his autographs.
2) He doesn't even ask a lot, 99 cents to begin, Lemieux autographs are not that valuable that he could assume to make a fortune with it.
3) He's not consistent with his stories about the autograph.
4) He calls people names.

For the reference, here's a comparison:
