I’ve seen this box sell a few times for over $400US. Why? Why is it commanding this much? I looked through the set on TCDB and didn’t see anything major. What am I missing?

Must be the same unknown reason why almost all 1990s boxes have insane asking prices compared what you can pull from them. Doesn't make sense.
