according to my queue, one was 2/18 and the other was 2/23. i redeemed 3 total, got one, and the other 2 seem to be in limbo.

I found a bunch of these last week, someone thought it would be a good idea to hold on to the autos until we had all of them and then build the cards all at the same time. I had them send them over to be built now.

I am waiting on a bunch of cards, mostly from Score and Crown Royale, but really want to know the status of these 2:

Score Card #382 Sidney Crosby /10 (submitted in January, seen live autos in Limited and Pinnacle)
Crown Royale Legends Signatures #4 Mario Lemieux /25 (submitted in March, seen live autos in Limited)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Waiting on all of Sid's cards. Mario holds on to stuff and sends a bunch back at one time. Waiting on these along with other stuff from him.

Any updates on these Clint? There are cards from these guys out there from newer series, even with sticker autos. Is there a reason these got skipped? Thanks.

Whats happening with my Limited Phenoms RC Card #176 ( / 299) P.K. Subban
I redeemed it been 7 months, the market is flooded with the card and mine havent been shipped yet and nobody awnsering my follow ups ..

Talked with CS yesterday, they pulled the card and it should go out today.

I am looking to get an update on my pending redemptions. These two players seem to have signed other products released by both your company and the other.
Cam Fowler /100 and Nino Niederreiter /499 from the Certified set.

Have there been any updates on these?

We are still waiting on the autographs from that player. With redemptions we have a contract with the player. It does not however allow us to place a time frame on the athletes. The players agent will set up the signing with him around their own scheduling. When the signatures are done and returned to us then we process and send them out. You may request after the 4 month wait is over that we send you out a random pulled card of equal value as a trade or continue waiting for the actual card. Please let us know of your decision. Thank you and have a great day!

So now I have waited 5 months and requested replacements:

Now it is over a week later and I still haven't heard from anyone at Panini. I attempted to call today and was told the office was closed at 5pm CT...my call was at 4:35pm CT, now I know that is close to 5pm but I would still expect someone to take my call since I was on hold for 10mins.

Is there anything you can do to help me get in touch with someone who can help me?

It is not easy for me to call especially since I can't find a CDN toll-free number.

EDIT: Tried to call CS again today but just got the "all agents are busy" and then "we can't take your call, leave a voice mail"....well I decided not to leave another voice mail since my last one was not returned as of yet.

Tried it. I asked a few questions to a blog post a while ago, and Tracy responded saying "I'll get back with you."

I never received a response, and I submitted another comment to another blog post a few days ago. As it turns out, this comment of mine was never even posted to the blog (i.e. it didn't get through moderation... i.e. Tracy or someone else decided to avoid it rather than answer the questions).

These aren't accusatory questions -- nor have anyone's questions in this thread really been of that nature. It's checklist stuff from Dominion that is unclear and/or incorrect from the Panini website.

If the checklists aren't going to be done correctly, why make it so difficult for collectors to obtain this kind of information accurately?

(Edit: This post was more applicable to the general question thread we had going here, rather than the redemption thread, but ultimately the questions are the same.)

Why are items that released AFTER Crown. Coming out?! I redeemed a Rene Bourque scratching the surface auto when the product was first released. I got info from Clint saying his stuff was returned a LONG time, and the cards were made too. Just had to be shipped. Still no response from Panini on it either.....Sigh

I hate to say it, but worse CS than UD. 5 months after my replacements were supposed to be shipped, I still cannot get a hold of CS. Tried calling, posting, and submitting requests to CS. I'm done trying, and unfortunately that means I've also stopped buying Panini products.
