Just how bad is the mail right now?

I have packages that I am waiting on from Kitchener and Hamilton which are both 3-4 hours drive from my town.

These packages would have been mailed out almost a month ago now from the release of Credentials.

What is everyone else seeing with regular post mail? Are we looking at 4-6 weeks for all oversized mail?

Not worried at all in terms of if I will get them as it is coming from trusted sources but the length if time kills the value of many of these cards as they are hottest at release time.
 
Mail to Canada has largely been good, maybe an extra week on some stuff but most of my mail has been business as usual, surprisingly. Mail within Canada and US I've found to be better than I expected.
I have been waiting on a couple overseas packages for an extended period of time so there are delays.
 
Got a card today in the UK mailed from London Ontario on the 9th of May. Can't complain at that in normal circumstances let alone during the current climate
 
It's just completely hit or miss. I made a trade with someone the first week of March and neither side has received their package. The guy I traded with is waiting on five packages and mine is the MOST RECENT. This was a US-Canada deal. In non-card news, my wife's parents mailed us a package in mid-April that went missing for over a month and just now turned up in Chicago, where it seems it has not moved since in the last few days.

On the flip side, I have had packages arrive from Canada in literally 10 days.

So really, there's absolutely no rhyme or reason for anything happening with mail, more or less.
 
US to US has been quite good, and in-state is phenomenal. I bought a puck on eBay from a fellow Mainer, and I received it the very next day through regular USPS!

Was a 7 to 10 days slower than normal a month ago. Seems to be fine as I received a bunch of packages in a few days this week.
 
Completely hit or miss. I'm waiting on a package from Montreal, shipped via Expresspost 2 weeks ago, and the last update the tracking provided was that it was accepted at the post office....
 
I think it may have to do with where you are. I’m in Toronto and incoming mail has been business as usual but outgoing has been plodding to its destination. US to Toronto has been excellent as well.
 
I ordered something with expedited parcel from Canada Post from a store up the street. It's been "picked up" since the 15th and hasn't budged.
 
So, you know how that first poop a baby has after it's born is the nastiest, weirdest looking and smelly thing you've never expected to experience?

Now picture a whole ward of first time baby poopers...

I give you the certainty of postal service today.

And I'm not crapping on the postal workers here - this is unique times we're living in and they're doing their best. But the certainty of the service is poopy right now.

USA to Winnipeg, not so great. At least, not for line tracking updating.

No further updates for 15 days - then blammo, the item is in Winnipeg. I was about to ask my seller to look into it.

I try not to complain, but man. :/
 
I bought a card from comc in March & just got the card last week. But they are in Washington State where the first case of the virus hit. They cut back staff, Rather them be safe then getting the card fast
 
Im in the same boat as piper1....waiting on a card from may 4th from 35 mins away...i have received cards from all over canada and some west US states that were competed after this deal already. But still nothing from the closest place
 
I still haven't got Dr.Price's Howe card mailed to my US address in Oregon.
US-Russia sent on April 9: still got nothing.
Russia-US: half of mails arrived in 3-4 weeks, another half have already been waiting 1 month at the border. Usually it was 2-3 weeks from me to the final address.
Russia-continental Europe: all mails arrived within 1 month.

I see delays of 2 weeks and longer in everything I've sent since April.
