After 7months, I finally talked to a Panini rep for my Certified redemption and I asked for a replacement for it(cant wait longer)

Hope its gonne be of equal value like the lady told me.

Don't know of any issues with Eberle reds; he's all accounted for.

Are they being built? If he sent all of his autographs in, it shouldn't take too long to slap a sticker on it(in theory), should it?

This just kills me. I posted a question on the Panini website on each card I'm waiting on, when can I expect it. Months later I get I respose, basically saying I don't know. Fantastic!

I'm waiting on getting to the eight months for my Certified redempiton. Then I will be contact Panini CS to ask for a replacement. I will see how this goes. If it goes smooth I will buy more Panini product again. If it turns into a headache then that will be the last of my money they will see.

I don't buy anymore UD because of the CS customer service issues. My just be busting ITG in the future.

I dunno who lit a fire under CS the last little bit, but in the last couple of days I've had 2 emails asking for my choice of replacement teams for my outstanding redemptions. I can't help but think these sorts of fires are a direct result of Clint's activity on these boards.
