What is DOES prove is that he is in fact guilty as charged, otherwise why would he react like that? Now if only we could get some of those who were "wronged" by him to step forward and file a case with the RCMP...

After all that has been said and done over the past few months regarding this issue.....THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART RIGHT HERE. Who cares if he is a "former buddy". He screwed YOU over!!

I've been through the courts over a card related matter, and they just don't care about one or two people (and fair enough...the courts are a busy place already). You need multiple people telling the same story. I tried to get a few people on board with my particular case, and as much as everyone was there routing me on....when it came time for them to do a report...nothing was done and the case was dropped.

I probably said this 20 plus pages ago...if nobody makes this stuff stop, then what's the point of even trying. I almost wish I had been scammed by him so I could do something more. I do applaud the people that "try" to make a difference, but it takes more than just their efforts. HUNDREDS of you have been ripped off by this guy. Make him pay.

...and now back to your regular scheduling...
 
I don't know what to do here. I have a card that might be a fake patch and I know a couple of other people I traded cards to that I originally got from him. I don't want to involve myself legally here, but if someone wants to do the dirty work for me leave me a pm!!!
 
He needs to give himself up. Quick question if he were to somehow admit his errors would you guys forgive him and drop all possible legal charges and this entire investigation??
 
It doesn't prove anything...however it is a rather damning piece of circumstantial evidence.
 
Forgive? He ripped people off. How about he pays every person he ripped off back, goes to the next national, gets on a megaphone saying he is a con artist to let everyone know who he is.
 
He is getting desperate. Really desperate. He needs to come out clean and admit his mistakes and then hope that people forgive him. That link posted tells me that he doesn't really care what he did and that he'll do it again. Not good at all.....

I don't know why people would forgive him just for coming clean. If you screwed me out of money for any reason, chances are I wouldn't forgive you just because you said that you were sorry. This guy needs a public flogging.
 
Well, trying to hide isn't going to help his cause either. He has been exposed and he needs to act like he cares about what he did and not try and mask things.

Now he's sunk even lower!

When we gave him an initial 6 month ban from attending the show it was to be revisited at that time and conditional upon him making a turnaround on his reputation and we even went so far as to expect a 20+ page thread on a message board declaring that his reputation had turned around before we do. We didn't expect the ban to ever be lifted, but now this just takes the cake.
