I guess it's their choice to do so. Did you communicate with the seller that you were planning on leaving a neg ahead of time? Just curious.

Well First of all it seem you broke the terms of service with Ebay with the hidden costs with shipping that you sent me.Second I did post what Imessage I sent you and did put on it that the card was NOT DAMAGED. You should no that the Sports card hobby that cards SHOULD be sent in a Bubble mailer. The responces vary on the Hobby site. you said my feed back means nothing you should really think about it. if someone wins a .99 cent card dont get upset over it. do the right thing go the extra mile and use a bubble mailer.

Or did not mention that I replied with details on Why I shipped the way I did.You also forgot to mention the card was NOT Damaged & you wonder why I Blocked you? Not surprised to see you blocked. While I don't condone PWE's, I think that communication like the back and forth you guys had is totally not constructive.

Good info about the seller moving forward.

The card (Bobby Orr BD Quad) was at the top of the toploader almost stuck on the tape, no damage to the card
 
In 12+ years of using ebay, I got my first PWE today.

Sent me a 1978-79 Topps Mike Bossy RC (need for my set) in a penny sleeve top loader in a team bag with a decoy flopping around in the envelope (not even in teh team bag), along with his business card that I will run between my butt cheeks later on. Charged me $3.25 shipping and put a 59 cent stamp on it. The card is ok and I am glad for that but I am ticked that he charged me that much for shipping, AFTER he sent it out 4 days after I paid for the card.

Will not be buying from him again, after I leave a neutral and nail him bad on everything else.



UPDATE***
This guy is very upset with me for leaving him a neutral feedback. Name calling, I need to get a life and such.
Now says if I send back the card he will refund me fully. I am sure that will happen. I would advise people to stay away from this clown, puckshockey99 on ebay lives in edmonton, not sure if he goes to any shows or anything.

radarb69 sent me a PWE with pretty rare card in it, but since it's an overseas shipment of 2 USD and card in great condition I'm more than ok with it. It had a penny sleeve and toploader. Postage was 98 cents.

Card miraculously arrived safe from Canada to US. I messaged seller to see if I had missed something and why it had been shipped in a PWE for $3 s/h, and he basically went off on some rant about how he's shipped "hundreds" of cards this way and has never received a complaint or had something get damaged. I find that very hard to believe, but whatever. He started getting rude and basically did not answer any of my questions after a few brief messages back and forth. Avoid this guy if possible.

come on now. that just pisses me off, if the shipping was a buck and asked me if it was ok i probably would have said yes, but to charge 3 bucks.

his excuse when i emailed him "its because of the time of year it was sent, i chose to send it in a white envelope so it got to you faster as the mail system is backed up from christmas"

bull crap. he also went on to say "the 3 dollar charge is for shipping AND HANDLING"

i wont be making any more purchases from him, thats for sure.

NOTE very tricky! Invoice shows "free shipping", but puts an additonal charge of $2.50.

Arrived safely though.

Top loader in between manila folder strips. Like that would add any protection.
